Shipping Information

Orders are processed from our California distribution center Monday through Friday, except major holidays, and ship within 1 business day, depending on product availability. We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders shipping within California.

Orders shipping within the contiguous US will typically ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) but may ship UPS Ground to various, select regions and may depend on the weight and/or size of the package.

• Packages being sent to military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS, and additional shipping may apply.
• For orders outside the contiguous US, additional shipping may apply or you may call us directly at 800-225-4345 to place your order.
• For orders shipping outside the US, please call us directly at 707-263-0411 to place your order as additional shipping will apply.
• For faster or alternate shipping methods, input zip code in the shopping cart, choose from Shipping options, and select Recalculate. Or, you may call us at 800-225-4345 to place your order.
   
  The map below may be helpful for orders shipping via UPS. The map is a general representation of transit times for UPS Ground shipments, and are not guaranteed. UPS Ground business days are typically Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Some orders may require a signature for delivery.
