To cancel an order, please call us at 800-225-4345 as soon as possible. Please keep in mind, once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
If damage occurred to an item during shipment, contact us immediately at 800-225-4345. To ensure prompt service, please have your invoice available when calling. Save the box, packing materials, and merchandise as the carrier may inspect and pick up the damaged package.
If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and you find that your purchase is missing items or is damaged, please contact us immediately at 800-225-4345. For damaged orders/items, please save the box, packing materials, and merchandise as the carrier may need to inspect and pick up the damaged package.

If you receive your item(s) from us and are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may simply return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price. Please include a copy of the purchase invoice. It's that simple.
Please make sure the items being returned have sufficientpacking material to prevent damages as we do not give credit for damaged product. Send returns via UPS or FedEx Ground or insured parcel post to the address below. CODs are not accepted. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and process any refunds due. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
