  - 4 ice cubes
 
  - cup pineapple chunks

  - 1 cup of your favorite plant milk

  - 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
 
  - 1 cups milk
 
  -  cup whipped cream
 
  - 1 Tbsp. Rice Protein (vanilla or chocolate)
 
  - 6 chocolate cream cookie sandwiches
 
Mocha Frapp
  - 4 ice cubes
 
  - 2 scoops coffee ice cream (or 1/2 cup chilled coffee and 2 scoops chocolate ice cream, and reduce milk to 1/2 cup)
 
  - 1 cup milk
 
  - 1 heaping Tbsp. Chocolate Rice Protein
 
Chocolate Banana Frappe
  -  ripe banana
 
  - 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Organic Rice Protein
 
  -  cup vanilla almond milk
 
  -  cup cold or room temperature brewed coffee
 
  - 1 cups cubed ice
 
  - Sprinkle of cacao nibs, for topping if desired
 
  Other
Apple, Almond & Rice Cereal
  -  cup brown rice cereal or millet
 
  - Stevia or honey
 
  -  - 1/3 cup water
 
  - Cook as directed and then stir in:
 
  - 1 heaping Tbsp. Plain Rice Protein
 
  - Chopped almonds
 
  - Grated apples
 
  - Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
 
Cozy Snack 
  - 2 Tbsp. Rice Protein in a mug
 
  - Stevia or honey
 
  -  cup or so warm water
 
  - Stir and enjoy!
 
Butterscotch Pudding
  - 1 - 13.5 oz. can light coconut milk
 
  - 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 
 
  - 3 Tbsp. molasses 
 
  - 1 tsp. butterscotch extract 
 
  -  tsp. vanilla extract 
 
  - 1 cup Vanilla Rice Protein
 
  -  cup ground flax seed 
 
  
  - In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until  smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours and serve.
 
Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream
  - 1 can (1 cups) full fat quality coconut milk
 
  - 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
 
  -  tsp. xanthan gum
 
  - 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Pea Protein
 
  - 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 
  - 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
 
  -  cup + 2 Tbsp. raw sugar ground in a coffee grinder
 
  
  -   Place coconut and almond milk, xanthan gum, pea  protein, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sugar in a blender and blend until well combined. Transfer to a mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled through  at least a couple hours. Once chilled, pour into pre-chilled ice cream maker and use according to directions.
